Writing Through the Wreckage

I didn’t set out to write a book. I set out to survive my own emotions understand them, sit with them, and stop running from the pain I carried far too long.

The Healing of a Sacred Soul began as journal entries. Prayers. Honest confessions and questions. It was never meant to be a book-it was a lifeline. A way to make sense of the parts of myself I had buried, broken, or believed were too damaged to ever be made whole again.

But something happened in the process…

As I kept writing, I began to hear my voice again, not the voice shaped by fear or shame, but the one that still hoped, believed, and longed for peace. I realized I wasn’t alone. And maybe, just maybe, someone else needed to hear these words too.

So I published.

Not because I had it figured out but because I knew the power of a story honestly told. I wrote this book for every woman who has felt too messy, quiet, hurt, or tired to keep going. I wrote it for the sacred soul who still believes healing is possible, even if she’s not sure where to begin.

If that’s you, I hope this book gently meets you. I hope it whispers you’re not alone. And I hope it helps you start or continue your own sacred healing.

With Love,

Tamra Lynn

Sometimes, it’s the smallest of comforts that carry us through. From my kitchen to yours.

Herbal Tea Latte

Why it’s healing:

This simple latte blends calming herbs with warm, creamy oat milk to create what I can only describe as a hug in a cup. It’s the kind of drink you make when your heart needs gentleness, your thoughts need some stillness, and your soul needs a soft place to land.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chamomile or Lavender tea (or a blend of both)
  • 1/2 cup Oat Milk
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • A dash of cinnamon

Instructions

Brew your herbal tea and warm the oat milk gently on the stove or in a milk frother. Pour the tea into your favorite mug, then stir in the warm milk. Add honey or maple syrup, give it a swirl, and finish with a dusting of cinnamon.

Wrap your hands around the cup. Breathe in the steam. Sip slowly. Let it remind you: you are allowed to rest. You are worthy of care.
